Technical description 

Every position in the swiveling range of the parallel arm can be defined by means of three position sensors. 

Position, sequence and program flow are set by PSM-POSY3D electronics. 

In the case of z-axis evaluation, accuracy is approx. +/- 0.25 mm. Theoretical accuracy: approx. 0.01 mm. This
