The ASUS PRIME H310-Plus ATX motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot connected to the chipset with a full 16 lanes. For additional cards, the board also has two PCIe x1 slots and three PCI slots. A maximum of 32 GB of RAM with a clock speed of up to 2,666 MHz can be accommodated in two DDR4 DIMM slots. Drives such as SSDs, HDDs and optical drives can be connected via four SATA 3.0 ports.

On the I / O panel, the ASUS PRIME H310-Plus provides two USB 3.0 slots and two USB 2.0 slots for connecting peripherals. One DVI and one HDMI port for image reproduction via the integrated graphics unit of the processor are also located on the I / O panel.
