It will allow you to listen to all of the channels on your SiriusXM subscription package using a wifi or an internet connection. It works with user's SiriusXM Subscription Package via Wi-fi.

Your siriusXM account info will get uploaded as will your channel selections, but probably nothing else.   TTR2 seems to store your recent-selections and preferences locally.   TTR2 works on wifi but also works over hardwire ethernet, i've tried both.

Can you upload or do you download the wifi..

Cool idea, but no bluetooth in TTR2.   Possibly you could use an old cellphone to provide the functionality you seek.

Is there a way to hook up a bluetooth adapter? I want to use a Logitech Bluetooth Boom and pair it with the Sirius Radio.

The TTR2 is awesome, strong recommend.   The negative review is inaccurate - it is the TTR100 for which support was announced by siriusXM to be ending, after a nice 15 year run.   (No regrets with TTR100 either.)

This radio is a replacement for the first one which was defective. This one works perfectly

I purchase this radio for my father.  After set up, he found it very easy to operate and program. Would definately recommend!

Sirius XM home radio

Great product! I would recommend to anyone that wants to hear Sirius at home.

Excellent purchase!

Nice little radio but I thought the price was a bit high for what you get.  More input/output options would be nice and I thought it came with an ethernet adapter but mine did not have one.

Does the Job

What this site does not tell you is that you are required to have a separate subscription for each and every radio that you have.   If you have Sirius in your car you will have to purchase a separate subscription for the sound station and any other radio that you have.

not the entire truth

I was under the assumption that it is a stand alone radio,  however it needs wifi so I returned it.

Needs wifi to operate

If you only read one sentence, do not buy as it failed in less than a month. 

I purchased this as a splurge because I like electronics and I have a lifetime Sirius subscription. It is extremely frustrating even without it failing. I'll get back to it failing in a second. It's not hard to input your wifi password and sirius account, but very frustrating and tedious, but once you do that it seems fine. "seems" being the operative word. 

I have a Sirius Onyx unit and while it has its downfalls, it's a dream compared to this unit. The Onyx is great at pausing, rewinding, and replays and this unit is not. Example: I paused the unit and waited about 20 minutes to restart the music. I didn't like a song that played and clicked the fast forward button. Instead of logically skipping that song and going to the next song, it starts the same song at the beginning. You click fast forward and it still starts to replay the same song. The only way to fast forward is to click the live button, negating all the "build up" and skipping through 20 minutes of paused music. 

There are more things, but I'm going to cut to it dying. I kept this unit at my desk since I bought it less than a month ago. 2 days ago, while I was listening to music, it stopped playing. I looked at the screen and the wifi was cut off. I tried to change the channel and it said wifi wasn't connected. I turned it off and on and it didn't work again. I factory reset it and it did not work. Wifi is inoperable, therefore I'm returning it. I don't know how a brand new unit that was sitting on a desk gets such a big issue with it within a month. I'll stick to using my phone app and my Onyx.
