[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for two years in change and great phone just socks that it's not supported anymore and unlike all new Samsung phones  it has sd card slot (headphone jack too) I really wish samsung would bring it back

Great but not supported anymore

The phone itself is great and is one I've been wanting for a while. The Galaxy S10 lives up to my expectations; it has more storage than the S9 and is not as expensive as the S20.

However, the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the box came unsealed. I ordered the item brand new on Walmart.com, not used or refurbished, and even looked up videos on how a brand new box is supposed to be opened. The box I received had no tape to prevent it from sliding off from the top unlike in the videos. I was concerned the phone would come broken, but when I opened it, the phone was just fine, and all the other items were packaged as if new. I was wondering if Walmart maybe gave me a returned item that was not used. I still took it to my provider and everything was fine. 

To this day, the phone is still fantastic and I love the curved edges. The speakers on this phone are also phenomenal. Although, I would not buy a phone on Walmart.com again and recommend purchasing inside the store instead.

Great phone, but box came opened

Great phone and delivery was quick. Only negative is that it wasn't compatible with my Sprint/T-mobile carrier.  If you purchase unlocked make sure you verify that. Very quick and easy easy return process when I discovered I would not be able to use.

I been had Galaxy phone for many years and last one was Galaxy s8 it was very good.
I tried to use the message app they removed to many  future it used to have it like(  Schedule messages time and date is not any more in Galaxy s10) and after I sent messages I can add anything in it or remove anything.  To do it I have copy the message and add it in new messages to remove or to add.
It's not helping for people texting too much.

Product was not/ is not described well. It's not the same as an American s10 it's an international phone.  They dont tell you the model number in the description and when I called walmart about it before it was delivered they said it was the same as other s10 model selling for $200 more so I bought it. It's a g973f/ds

Horrible description

Funny, I thought Samsung changed. See pictures, can't imagine what's gonna happen if I didn't wake up @ midnight to check. The connector plastic part has melted and caused the cable hard to get pulled off. Now waiting for Samsung's very-long-time repairing schedule. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Notorious Battery Issue - melted cable connector

Beware! Walmart shipped me a model made for Caribbean customers. Even if unlocked, it doesn't work with some American network providers. The IMEI is incompatible. It took forever to set up through the provider and it wouldn't take some calls, they weren't even displayed. I couldn't use it properly at all - I had to speak to the provider, then to Samsung, and Samsung told me about the model. When I requested a replacement from Walmart, they agreed at first, then canceled the order. Very disappointed!
