Coming from the Galaxy Buds , I'd say the upgrade was quite an improvement. The ANC is not perfect (which could get better with time) but that's not what I'm concerned about, but the sound quality was a huge boost. They fit well with the medium tip (knowing most people who experienced it couldn't really fit them) and could get the best experience possible. If the Galaxy Buds Pro don't fit you, I recommend returning them so you could just stick with the Galaxy Buds , but I'm gonna enjoy these while the rest of you don't :)

I've owned many earbuds/earphones in the past. The majority of them hurt my ears, some earbuds wouldn't work independently, had poor quality, fell out easily, had poor ipx rating. The Samsung Galaxy buds pro fix all of these problems for me. they fit great and stay in my ears for long periods of time without pain. my ears are kinda small so I'm using the smallest fittings for the buds. they sound great in dynamic mode, the active noise cancelation and ambient sound modes are amazing and i love how easy it is to switch between the 2. these earbuds also have an ipx7 rating, so I can use them in the shower which is awesome! connecting them to my phone and tablet is super quick and simple. You'll need to have samsung devices in order to have the app and all the settings for these earbuds, but that's not a problem for me. the only minor issues I have is with the battery life for the earbuds and the case. The case could definitely have better battery life, but it at least lasts me till the end of my 9 hour shift with around 50% still remaining. The earbuds charge quickly, so the battery life issue isn't a big deal, though it'd be nice to not have to charge them as often. Also you probably won't be able to sleep with these earbuds in. it would probably hurt.

Best earbuds I've ever had!

these buds work okay. the volume could be louder. they are not noise canceling. and if you have any type of ear piercings or small ears they are too big to fit in your ears. they seem to be very durable and easy to use and connect. battery life is good still on first charge and have used them for over 4 hours straight

Good buds not meant for small ears

I like the battery life and the size of the case. It fits comfortably in your pocket.  I didnt like the fit. No matter what i did i couldnt seem to seat them properly in my ear. I have Powerbeats Pro that sound way better and fit perfect. My only complaint with them is the size of the case. It does not fit comfortably in your pocket.

i purchased ear buds in August,  sometime in November i decided to return the headphones to samsund to fix issues i was having with the earbuds, only to find out i cant fix them with the manufacturer warranty due to the fact that the item isnt from the US. So im gonna assume these products this seller is selling, are being purchased internationally which isnt a problem, until you try to use a manufacturer warranty and the serial number is t a US serial number.

I did my research on these earbuds, rated as a top 5 earbud to buy in its price range on youtube and/or other popular sites like"Wire Cutter", however I should have read the reviews for this particular seller.

These Lasted for all of 2 months, just enough time to void a return.
You know I'd honestly recommend you buy something like this, at a physical store because the service on an item that stops working this soon would be much different!!! 

There's a serious lack of quality control, when it comes to these vendors, selling outside of Walmart, a real hit or miss! In this case its an absolute miss!
