we have this shower head for a 3 years,and this thing is rock,we remodeling another shower,and we know what shower we putting on,highly recommend ,you will not be disappointed !!! Moen is Nr 1 ,

Bought this shower head for a Shower Remodel in a 60 year Condo on the beach. The pipes there are the same age as the building so I was hesitant about the purchase for fear it would perform poorly. Well I was extremely surprised how well it provided a full steady water flow as advertised. All tough it is a bit pricey it has been working without issue for two years and we could not be happier.

Moen S112 Shower Head A+++

The installation of the Waterhill S112 was completed in less than five minutes, mounting it in place of the original shower head rather than constructing an overhead configuration.
The Waterhill performance exceeded my expectations, not too gentile, not to forceful but a pleasant, rain-like sensation. So much so, in fact, that I find myself lingering a bit longer than before it's installation.
All in all, an excellent, well made product.

This is quality fixture - solid construction and well designed. It is replacing a conventional Moen showerhead (don't know the name) with a more focused stream. My wife really loves the rainshower. I think it is as good as the old showerhead BUT I think my real preference would be for a very high pressure, tighter focus stream. I think this may be a guy thing or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have no hair to wash.

I had never used this type of showerhead and was pleasantly surprised how it made the shower experience much more enjoyable. The other members of the family also enjoy it very much. We would recommend it to others.

excellent product

Installed the Moen Waterhill S112 shower head and arm a week ago. The fit and finish of this product was excellent, and installation was simple. This was an upgrade from a basic shower head that was installed when the house was built. It is the perfect size for our shower with the 14" curved arm. The 10" head gives the perfect blend of that "rain" shower feeling without being obnoxiously large. The fit and finish was spot on as I would expect from Moen. The self pressurizing feature provides a steady stream of water that my wife and I find strong enough for our tastes. Overall we are very pleased with this product, and would definitely buy Moen for our next project.

Excellent shower head

The rainshower showerhead was simple to install. It took just a couple of minutes. The head provieds a steady wide spray pattern and seems to use a bit less water than the original showerhead that it replaced. I installed on the old neck and had the head spraying at an angle. I then installed the new neck and had the shower spraying straignt down. Both positions were acceptable. This head doesn't have any adjustments for pulse or center spray but is satisfactory without. Those features would be a personal choice. I would install this in our other two showers to replace the 17 year old original heads. This is a quality product.

Tried A Showerhead

We bought this shower system for the "quality" and design features. Reality set in and we never use the rain shower because you never know when it will flow out the seam on the top. Yes, we wrap a white vinegar bag around it hoping it won't flow UP, but it's not worth the gamble. Moen, if you fixed the design we would like a new one.  The rainshower was a primary feature we spent $,$$$ on the Waterhill collection.

Water squirts UP through seam & wicked expensive

I have had the same problem - inconsistent or no flow - with this style head on numerous occasions.
It has been cleaned per the instructions from Moen and still did not work for more than about one week.
I have even replaced it twice with the same style shipped to me by Moen.
Rather than repeat that experience I asked Moen to send a different head (close to the same design) and was told they can only replace like for like and now Moen has another head of the exact style coming to me.  I do not even want that.  Very frustrating and has caused me to look at heads from other manufacturers.

Inconsistent flow or no water flow at all

I recently did a shower remodel and bought this showerhead. When I got in to take a shower I couldn't believe how bad the waterpressure was. For the money you are spending I was expecting a lot more. I recently came back from vacation in Thailand and my hotel had a rain shower head. The water pressure was 10 times better then this shower head. I am not sure if it has a water rescricter inside or not.
