[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit so that I could have more HDDs in my newly purchased Thinkstation P620. Since I am thinking of using RAID for my HDDs I needed this so that I could hot swap HDDs anytime when needed. It comes with long SATA cable and a set of keys, and it is equipped with a cooling fan which always comes in handy. But I guess I won't need to use the fan (if you don't want to use it, then just don't plug the fan cable on the motherboard) since HDDs does not generate heat that much. Installation is pretty straight forward, you can't fail. It's got push/pull activated HDD caddy inside the unit so it is very easy to pull the HDD out from the unit. I am thinking of getting another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally a fine piece of accessary. The issue is the 50mm fan is quite noisy. For cooling just a hard drive, the current speed is overkill, but I couldn't find anywhere in bios to control this particular fan's speed.
