It takes forever to power up. Not very user friendly at all for children as well as adults. Not what product is made out to me.

Its a very nice tablet but I had to get and exchange for both of my children's tablet within 2 weeks one the screen went out and the other one wouldn't charge.... But all in all the time they spent on them they really enjoyed them so I would recommend it to the next customer....

I bought two of these for my two kids for christmas and my daughters started acting up about three weeks ago cant see anything on the screen but lines and now my sons started acting up about two days ago he will go to play a game and it takes him back to the main screen (like its powering up again) and then it just freezes on that screen and wont let you do anything else......very disappointed

Im not sure if is a good product or not,  our screen came broken.  My son opened today and was upset,  cried and is disappointed,  we are not sure if there is a return like this.

We've bought another name brand for my son before and the last one wasn't up to par and decided to try a different brand. 
This one had great reviews and was a great price.
I'm guessing for a beginner or a child who doesn't like to play a lot on their tablet, it might be OK... But my 5 yr. old likes to watch videos (video quality isn't great nor is sound), he likes to play games on his table too and the touch sensitivity is way to slow for him to do so.
Very disappointed in this product and that my 5 yr. old isn't happy with his Christmas present.
