Ordered one unit it arrived very fast easy to put together. My wife liked it so much we ordered a second unit a few days later to put at work!

Treadmills was delivered in one box and all the parts was included in the box. The manual was easy to follow to assemble everything. Within less than 15 minutes, it was all ready to use. The treadmill is very easy to use and looks great.

This machine is perfect its silent and the only times its loud is when u do the fastest mode but only on the fastest mode which people dont use a lot speed 2 is already fast and speed 3 is faster 100 persent recommend

I didn't dislike anything it was perfect for my small space. Easy assemble doesn't require much everything works as described. Pricing was prefect I got exactly what I needed. I did 10,000 first time used.

Unfortunately the treadmill I ordered had a power issue so I did have to return it which was disappointing but the customer service was wonderful and I have no complaints.

Wonderful, easy storage Treadmill

After about 6 months of using the machine, my husband and I noticed that the belt was jerking while actually on the treadmill. My husband readjusted the belt multiple times, also the speed would be set at a low pace and all of a sudden the treadmill would speed up on its own. When I say dangerous extremely dangerous.  I purchased the extended warranty; however being that I haven't even had the treadmill a year it was still under manufacturer warranty. The lack of professionalism, ethics, constantly sending emails with no response and when I did get a response “ the engineer needs to look at the video ( previously sent by me again ) x 3” . In the video it clearly shows the jerking of the belt and also the pace change. I beg you if you are looking to buy this treadmill or any machine /product from this company please don't.

The worst purchase that I made in my life

Hard to install and short when you run you slip most of the time. Contact seller to return item they don't want to take it back as they say a lot purchased the item. They don't give the customer an option.
