The keyboard dose not connect right but overall everything works really good

Nice and compact.  but the keyboard will not sync or pair up to the tablet Bluetooth.

Slow and hard to use because of that.  Should have spent a little more and got a better tablet.   Too much of memory used just for the windows programs.  You push a button and nothing happens so you think it won't and you push other buttons to try to make something happen, but really it is just so slow that bit is actually still working on your original command!

I thought that this tablet would be very useful to me-but not so. As soon as I got this device set up, it did a bunch of updates that almost totally filled up the memory space. Shortly after that, the touchscreen became unresponsive. What good is a touchscreen device if the screen is unresponsive? I can't return it for a refund because I can't erase my personal information from it. When I tried to do a reset, I got an error message saying that there's not enough memory space to do a reset. So I'm stuck with a device that is totally useless! Very disappointing! The only good thing is the Bluetooth physical keyboard, which works great, so I can use it with other devices.

Don't waste your money on this tablet!

This tablet is confusing and it didn't even come in the correct box for this device. It came in a box for a 10 inch tablet for a completely different brand!

waste of time

So I purchased this laptop thinking I can get stuff done while corona was going around. I was wrong. It's slow. And it doesn't even function properly. The screen wouldn't coordinate to my fingers. Customer service is poor and I've been trying to get it to be replaced atleast but they only have a guy name Edward that answers the call. Overall I highly recommend not getting this product what so ever!

Waste of time and money.....

The screen will flash with something, itâs very hard to touch. You have to touch it 3-5 times before it will go. The case for the kepboard is only magnetic. $100 but thought it would at least be some what decent. Not even worth $100.00 waste of money. Sending it back or something bc it acts like it was dropped like how your phones screen will kind of pop up.
