Looking to infuse your classroom with the Valentine's Day spirit? This no prep recorder arrangement of the song, "Love Somebody" is exactly what you have been looking for!
This Google Slide presentation is a scaffolded, step by step guide to the song designed to set your students up for success.
This song uses the following rhythms: quarter, half, eighth notes, quarter rest.
Included are thematic and aesthetic slides for the following:
- Individual recorder finger charts for each note in the song: G, B, high D, A, high C
- Measure by measure slides of the song (best to chunk it out, teaching one measure at a time)
- Slightly longer passages (4 measures)
- A one page slide with the entire song
- A blank staff template for printing out/projecting and composing a B section to the song
- A printable coloring page (in Google Slide format)
