Synology: Deep Learning NVR DVA3219 Surveillance Solution

Synology Inc. launched Deep Learning NVR DVA3219, a surveillance solution that provides video detection results and minimizes environmental interference with deep learning technology.

DVA3219 comes built-in with NVIDIA Corp. GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU to power four real-time video analytics tasks, and up to 32 concurrent video feeds.

“We are bringing deep learning video analytics on-premises, offering situational awareness to physical security, while ensuring customers’ privacy,” said Michael Wang, product manager, Synology, “DVA3219 realizes the potential of video analytics in Surveillance Station, optimized by deep learning algorithms.“

At no extra licensing cost, users can utilize the full set of video analytics features – people counting, intrusion detection, no-idle zone, and motion detection – and enjoy further Surveillance Station software updates in its life cycle.

Other key features of DVA3219 include:

• Quad-core 2.1GHz CPU and 4GB DDR4 memory by default, expandable up to 32GB

• Four built-in 1GbE (RJ-45) ports with failover and Link Aggregation support

• Scalable up to 14 drives with 2 DX517 expansion units

• Compatible with over 7,100 camera models from over 100 brands

• 8 device licenses included for setting up cameras, I/O modules, access controllers, and transaction devices.
