QR CODE AUTHENTICATION
Users can release their held jobs using the Workplace Mobile App by scanning the QR code displayed on the user interface
- With Versalink the QR code can be displayed at app level to authenticate and release jobs through the @Print By Xerox app
- With the AltaLink devices the QR code can be displayed at the blocking screen level to unlock the MFP or Printer
NFC AUTHENTICATION
With the Workplace Mobile App users can unlock the MFP or Printer by tapping an NFC enabled smartphone at the User interface. The NFC tag is standard on all AltaLink and VersaLinks.
WORKPLACE APP UNLOCK CODE
With the Workplace Mobile App users can unlock any EIP device with their smartphone by entering the unlock code displayed at the User interface into the mobile app.
QR CODE NON EIP OR XEROX DEVICE
With the Workplace Mobile App users can make use of the Workplace Mobile app on their smartphone to scan a QR code label attached to the device to pair and release jobs. This release method is available to all devices whether Xerox or Non Xerox devices.
