Introducing the Up-To-Date (UTD) Discount • 50% discount for net new subscription customers on the 1st year price of the eligible quantity of platform products on 3 year agreements: Available for existing licenses of the latest (N) or previous version (N-1) • Windows 8 (n); Windows 7 (n-1) • Office Professional Plus 2010 (n),Office Professional 2007 (n-1) • Core CAL Suite DOES NOT APPLY TO: • CASA customers transitioning to OVS-ES • Renewing subscription customers • Anniversary orders in years 2 and 3 Restrictions Apply Available Sept. 1, 2012 through OVS-ES Agreement 2nd Year Payment 1st Year Payment 3rd Year Payment 50% Discount the first year

4. Selecting UTD in OVS-ES e-Agreement • Select at least one Desktop Platform Product. • Check all three to license the Education Desktop andto receive platform discount. • Check to receive Up-to-Date (UTD) discount on 3-year Agreement if net new subscription customer. • Select 36 month licensed period.

5. Introducing UTD SKUs • Up-to-Date, Platform and Platform Up-to-Date SKUs on Sept. Price List Note SKU identifiers in the SKU description. SKU Identifiers: • UTD – Use only for the quantity that qualifies for the UTD discount. • Platform – When licensing full platform, but ordering individual SKUs. (includes platform discount) • Platform UTD – Use for quantities that qualify for the platform discount and UTD discount. • Enterprise – For desktop platform products ordered individually without the UTD or Platform discount
