AND E-
TUTORIAL
TIMETABLE
Last updated:

GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• When setting the Timetable, you also need to create the
GMeet link. An example of a GMeet link is like this
meet.google.com/fdo-knef-fmc
• Please remember to correctly copy-paste the link to your
Timetable for it to work.
• The GMeet link changes every time a new ‘Meeting’ is
created in your Google Calendar. Hence, it is advisable to
limit creating of GMeet links.
GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• For your e-Tutorial, you only need ONE GMeet link per course
or per Slot.
• You can use the same link for all 8 or 10 e-Tutorials per
course/slot.
• It is advisable to do the following:
• If you have 3 courses, use different GMeet links for each
course.
• If you have 1 course with 2 slots, use only one (1) GMeet
link for both.
GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• Once you have created the Timetable, double-check the
following:
• Ensure the Date/Time starts, and ends are correct. (Your
payment will be affected by the accuracy of your
Timetable).
• Click on the Live Link aka GMeet link. If the login button
at the GMeet login page says JOIN NOW, it means it is
correct.
GENERAL INSTRUCTION
• It is advisable for you to do the following:
• Put your e-Tutorial dates and time on your Google
Calendar which will serve as a reminder.
• You can join Google Meet without opening myINSPIRE.
So, save the link on your desktop in case there is a
network error accessing myINSPIRE.
