The unique patented design of the EX body achieves true universality on 60% through quad shield, PE and PVC jacket. The integrated port seal also simplifies outdoor installs, eliminating moisture ingress and protecting the subscriber experience. Moisture migration in the RF path degrades signal quality, creates ingress/egress and often results in costly service calls. Standalone port seals are often overlooked or improperly installed, resulting in a major operational and capital burden. This AquaTight® solution guarantees the proper use of a port seal every time, locking the moisture out.
