Adult-proof…And grippy
Gravity tends to test my expensive electronics…defender series case protects my iPad well but the best feature of the case is how it improves my ability to hold the iPad. Without the case the iPad was difficult to hold, thin and slick. The case adds bulk where your hands and fingers appreciate it. My only gripe is the stand, I wish it was adjustable like a laptop screen

Amazing and tough cover

Well worth the price
Have always been a fan of OtterBox products not necessarily because of the price but because of the durability. When you spend the money for a device, you need the case to protect your investment. My new iPad is just that an investment & is just nearly the same size as my work laptop. Keep up the good work OtterBox.

This was a very important and needed purchase.
I am a disaster responder so I end up in places that have experienced catastrophic damages. I use my iPad for communications, driving directions (signs and in some cases roads are missing) and many other ways so I must protect my iPad with the best means possible. My Otter case is that means.

Otterbox Defender series is the absolute best
Every Apple device in my family gets an Otterbox since we’re all accident prone. The new 4th Gen I pad cover is just spectacular - lightweight and not difficult to remove or put back on. Am disappointed there’s only one color available, BUT totally worth every dollar spent on it.
Every time I take my Apple devices to trade in, the reps are always surprised at the ‘great condition’ they’re in...and I have my legion of Otterbox covers to thank for that.

A necessity for expensive equipment
I have purchased OtterBox Defender series device cases since the release of the iPhone 3GS. I own OtterBox Defender series cases for iPhones: 3GS, 4, 4+, 5, 6S+, 11 Pro Max, & iPad 10.4’ & iPad Pro 12.9’. Every device has never broken regardless the fall, toss or kick, had the iPad Pro 12.9” fall off the top of a 5 foot 9 inch refrigerator to a concrete floor with out a scratch or bruise to the iPad or case.
Amazing cases, AMAZING! So say a little price, I’m telling you worth EVERY PENNY.

Best we’ve found for iPad Pro plus kids
This is the second one we’ve had (the first was for the original iPad Pro) and they hold up significantly better than any other case out there. We’ve taken this thing camping, driven it all the way to Belize, dropped our iPad a ton, it just protects really really well.

This case is perfect!
I only use my iPad at home as a tv so to be able to stand it straight up on the stand or when I’m sitting up in bed to let it lie down on upright is perfect for me. I wanted the magic keyboard at one point but I’m so glad due to price I decided to do this case because it made me realize I didn’t really need the keyboard!

Great protection
I got this case for the typical Otterbox protection and boy did I get it! It’s not waterproof, but its everything but. There are multiple layers of protective coverings, and the plastic shield works great and doesn’t bother me as I was afraid it would. This makes it pretty clunky, but I’d rather have the protection.
