Fine fridge.
Given the scarcity and delays in getting appliances, we ordered this Miele for a renovation before we really needed it and it has not yet been installed. But it is identical to one that we bought about a year ago that is we are very happy with. That one replaced a dying Sub-Zero and was less than half the cost that a new one would be. The Miele has shelves that are easy to adjust so you can arrange it to suit what you need to store. The Sub-Zero has a large drawer that requires two hands and a strong pull to open. The Miele has a easy-to-open door with drawers inside. If you care about matching panels and want to spend $5000 extra, go ahead and buy a Sub-Zero.

We are waiting for the THIRD service call in less than a month to fix the ice maker. We purchased this brand new refrigerator on 2/2/24.

NO LIGHT IN THE FREEZER
I had no idea there was no light in the freezer because of course, the PC Richards salesperson didn't tell me. It's RIDICULOUS to buy this refrigerator and not have a light when you open the freezer. The freezer drawers are cheaply-made and there is no drawer in the fridge part for deli meats and cheeses. You have to put all those meats on a shelf and It's not neat. Only buy this if you are limited to height and width of your space. And do not shop at PC Richards. Go to a reputable dealer and pay the extra money. It's worth it and hopefully, they will be more forthcoming with information about the appliance.

This has a reversible door. Yes this is a special order item and can take several weeks before delivery is available.
