I have not had the problems that others have had with motor or noise. Ice maker works great. As far as clumping ice after sitting a while like a week. All ice in all models do that. You can stir a little and they break apart or dump and remake. It makes ice fast! Great storage. I packed freezer in vertical rows as others have that I read. WIFI works great to monitor.Water dispenses very well as well as the ice cubes.All in all very good refrigerator with ample space at a good cost without going overboard.

Worth the money

LG makes the best appliances
I’ve owned just about every major brand of appliances and I’d personally choose LG each time. Had a little mishap with an ice maker fan going bad but with Customer Services help, we had a technician and repair done as quickly as possible to get the unit back up and running.

Plenty of room for a counter depth fridge
I'm surprised at the amount of room for a counter get depth fridge! I also liked the fact that it makes a sound when the doors are left open. I'm so used to a slow closing on cabinets and I'm glad the fridge makes a sound when not closed properly.
