Shipping Methods
*Transport fees listed on mydesigndrops.com apply ONLY for orders and deliveries shipped within Greece. For deliveries abroad the cost of the transport is formed only after communication and consultation with the customer. The customer has the ability to take over the entire transport of our products from our premises at his own expense and transport company.
- Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain one or more products from categories Carpets and Wallpapers with total amount over 50€. Orders of less than 50€ are charged with an additional cost of 5.00€.
- Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain linen with total amount over 49€. Orders regarding linen of less than 49€ are charged with an additional cost of 3€.
- Special transport terms apply to Linen Hotel products.
- Orders that include products from the categories Bedroom, Bathroom, Kids, Baby, Dining, Living Room, Lighting, Lifestyle and Decoration are shipped free if they are over 49€. While in the case that they include products from the above categories but do not exceed €49, then they are charged with shipping cost of 3€. Please note: if the order includes heavy and bulky items from the above categories, there may be an additional charge.
- Orders concerning Broadloom Carpets and Flooring are charged with a transport cost of 6€ except heavy and high volume products.
- Ordering lighting products under 50€ are charged with shipping cost of 3€ regardless the way of payment. Ordering lighting products that exceed the cost of 50 € is free of charge. Specific lamps are excluded and are charged with transport fees according to their volume.
- Heavy or large products are delivered via Transport companies. Delivery of the above goods is prescribed to a ground floor, in the address chosen during the ordering phase, or the address of the transport company. Shipping cost depends on the products and free delivery is not supported.
- Dispatch within 24-48 hours after order has been ratified.
- Delivery within 1-2 business days in mainland Greece, 2-4 business days for island destinations and inaccessible areas.
- Delivery within 2-5 business days for products that have been processed (cut, tucking, etc.).
- Delivery to Cyprus at a specific cost per kilogram and delivery up to 7 business days. Furniture is excluded.
- You can see the delivery time of each product into its page and it is always reffered to business days.
- Shipping cost for orders abroad varies and depends on the country and the product.
Return Policy
Return if you are unsatisfied (for orders within Greece). In this case, transportation costs are paid exclusively by the customer.
Note: Returns are not accepted for products that have been processed, based on the desired dimensions, such as runners, floor carpeting, flooring, wallpapers etc, or for products that have been ordered especially for you from suppliers either from Greece or from abroad.
