We just added the long awaited IPv6 support to our NTP products (both Server and Client). Just as a short reminder: did you you know that our NTP Server IP core is the most powerful NTP Server on the market with the ability to handle 900k+ NTP requests per second on a 1G network (line speed handling)? And even better, this can be fitted on a FPGA using only ~3 watts. There is just nothing out there that can compete with this performance per watt ratio, not even close! So if you look for a "green" high performance NTP Server solution we got you covered. https://lnkd.in/e3pKHgkA #NTP #FPGA #highperformance #highaccuracy #green

Let's Make IT Simpler!! ->Central Processing Unit (CPU): The CPU is the primary component responsible for executing instructions and performing calculations in a computer system. ->Memory: The memory, often referred to as Random Access Memory (RAM), is used to store data and instructions that the CPU needs to access during program execution. RAM provides much faster data access compared to other storage devices like hard disk drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs). ->HDD(Hard Disk Drive): Large storage capacity drives which are affordable but are slow when it comes to data access and transfer rates. ->Input/Output (I/O) Devices: I/O devices allow the computer system to communicate with the outside world, like keyboards, mice, displays, network interfaces. Db2 LUW Global Database Product SME,Db2 performance(on premise and Db2 U Cloud),Automation(Korn shell,Perl,Python)
How do you tune a Slow Standby in HADR?(DB2 LUW HADR) Tuning a slow standby : 1 Hardware Utilization - Check hardware bottleneck on standby using tools like vmstat -It is recommended that primary and standby have the same hardware 2. Number of Replay Threads - Recovery is done in parallel using multiple worker threads, which defaults to the number of physical CPUs - When there are a large number of CPUs, the default may be too high - To check the number of threads used, look for lines like this in db2diag.log: “Using parallel recovery with 6 agents 4 QSets 20 queues and 0 chunks” - To tune the number of threads, use DB2 registry variable DB2BPVARS: db2set DB2BPVARS=<path to buffer pool config file> In the config file, put this line: PREC_NUM_AGENTS=<number of threads> - You may need to experiment with a few numbers to find out the best one. 3. Reads on Standby - When reads on standby is enabled, read queries will compete against replay thread for resources - Experiment with disabling reads on standby and gauge the impact

Easy Ways To Summarize Routes! | Network Lesson | IPCisco.com . There are a lot of routes on internet and these routes are advertised by routers. But this advertisement capacity is limited. So, we do not advertise every route by the routers not to cause any overflow on these systems. Instead of advertising every route, we use Route Summarization. Route Summarization is basically advertising many routes into one route. . Route Summarization is the CPU usage during routing on route tables. If route tables have too much routes, this needs more time. But when we use summarize routes, we reduce routing table size. And this reduces the CPU usage and the required time for routing. .
