To learn about how to create a solution to solve problems, I enrolled in a CAD Modelling Workshop arranged by The Robotics Forum, VIT Pune. In this workshop, I learned the whole design process from scratch by understanding the engineering drawing, then designing a CAD model, Assembly, and finally the simulation of the model. The design process was done on Solidworks. It was a great hands-on session, I have learned a lot from this workshop. I've applied the learnings from this workshop in my course projects. Proud to Share My 2D Layout Design Experience in the Automobile Industry! I am delighted to announce that I have recently completed an exciting project at Dana Anand India Private Limited, located in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. As an intern in the Automobile industry, I had the privilege of creating a comprehensive 2D layout for Plant Two, specifically for the P708 Cell and EV Drive Line. During this project, my primary task was to verify the existing layout of the production line. This involved meticulously measuring the gaps between pillars, gangways, and the dimensions of each station. I diligently recorded these measurements as rough drawings and then skillfully transformed them into an accurate and detailed layout using AutoCAD. This experience allowed me to showcase my technical skills in AutoCAD and apply my knowledge of spatial planning and optimization. Creating the 2D layout required precision, attention to detail, and the ability to translate measurements into an intuitive visual representation. 💡🎨 Collaborating with the team at Dana Anand India Private Limited, I gained invaluable insights into the importance of an efficient and well-designed production line layout. This experience not only enhanced my proficiency in AutoCAD but also broadened my understanding of how a thoughtful layout can streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve overall workflow. I am immensely grateful to the team for their guidance and support throughout this project.
