RTI to get my UGC NET E-Certificate for Dec2018! After writing to Non existing (but existing at UGCNET website) email ids and ringing to unattended calls & reaching to non existing phone numbers (again an existential crisis) for past 2 years since 2018, regarding technical issues being faced to downloading my E-Certificate for UGC NET December 2018. Finally decided to file an RTI 10 days back & did I so. Fruit of which,today UGC rang me, heard & done! Though I have cleared NET in Dec2015 too, I didn't wanna leave this, since I won & own it! Heartfelt thanks to Right to Information Act of India & It's online portal (https://rtionline.gov.in/) for the Indian Friendly access and special thanks to UGC_NET for the swift action (yet after an RTI).
