The perfect refrigerator!!
I love, love, love this refrigerator!!! First, it’s fingerprint resistant!! Less work for me. Next, the arrangement and design of the shelves make it easy to see what you’ve got without a lot of bending and stretching like my old side by side. I love the compartments for meat/cold cuts, fruits and veggies and the deep shelves in the doors!
Finally, having dealt with ice in the door issues for years it’s awesome to have the sleek doors, cool water right inside the left door and plentiful ice readily accessible in the drawer! Love the sections in the freezer too!! Love my choice!!

Perfect fit!
This counter depth fits the space I have and holds everything I had in my previous 26 cu ft side by side fridge! I love opening the doors and seeing all I have right away. The freezer drawer is also easy to keep organized. The outside does not collect fingerprints either. That’s a nice perk I was not expecting. Very happy with this purchase!!

Elegant Refrigerator

Exactly what we were looking for!
Perfect size and configuration for our needs. Love the seal on the doors. This thing really seals tight when closed. Great LED lighting. Love the way cold air is distributed throughout the cabinet. Beautiful stainless exterior.

Fridge
Just getting used to the freezer on the bottom.the only thing is I would say our side by side was able to fit more things in the freezer now we have to store some items in our deep freeze in the garage. All taller items like milk jugs, juices, ketchups and taller condiments only fit in the doors, which is a change from our side by side. Looks sharp, but would probably go with a side by side for our next fridge only because I feel like it has more room.

Not the best quality or reliability. Do better.
It worked fine for about 3 years, then it died. The quality is not the best. A tech said that the compressor is leaking and VERY expensive to replace.

Best Fridge I’ve ever had!!!!!
This fridge by far is the best I’ve ever had. This functions well, is quiet, and the black slate looks awesome. It’s very functional and easy to clean as well.

Dead on arrival
Delivered yesterday, on 24 hrs. Temp 42 F last night when we went to bed, 49 this morning and rose to 51 in past 2 hrs despite door closed. Replaced cosmetically poor unit w a $3000.00 stainless steel coffin. Replacement unit not available. Service can’t come out for at least a week. I suppose they are VERY busy if they service GE products. Planned Thanksgiving dinner for 28 will be impossible.

We know how frustrating that would be, especially with a model that was only just delivered. This isn't the ownership experience we wish to provide, and we'd like to assist.
A newly installed refrigerator can take a day or two to fully cool down and reach the desired temperature. If the cooling issue continues past that point, you may want to check that there are no gaps or tears in the gasket; if the door doesn't seal correctly, that can cause a cooling problem. You also may want to make sure the refrigerator has enough air clearance - at least 1 inch on each side as well as the top and back. Your manual also has troubleshooting steps, starting on page 46.
After reviewing our system, we do see that you set up a service appointment. If for any reason you need to reach out to our service department again they are available at 1-800-432-2737. Nice refrigerator overall
We were confused between standard depth and counter depth. We are glad, we made right decision. Overall its a nice refrigerator. Cant give 5 rating because it has a water dispenser inside which is hard to use with one hand. Plus we got few broken part inside which GE is going to replace soon. Its not noisy, one of the best refrigerator in its class. overall we like it.

Super nice fridge
Love this fridge. It has so many great features like the drawer below the crisper drawer that would hold meat, veggies etc. Thq temp can be set differently than the rest of the fridge. The shelves can also be set to individual heights.

Great Refrigerator!
We're so happy with this refrigerator! Love the layout inside. The twin cooling system is genius - fridge & freezer are completely separate - the ice doesn't taste like provolone cheese. Love the water dispenser inside, as opposed to on the door. Not sure why some reviewers say it's loud. We find it to be very quiet! Wish the veggie & fruit bins were a little larger, but overall, this refrigerator is perfect!

I have only had the refrigerator for a few weeks; so far all is well. I love the slate color. It fits in beautifully with my renovated kitchen. I chose to have the ice-maker and water dispenser inside the appliance and am glad that I did because there is more room for food. My only complaint applies to all new refrigerators of all brands: there is too much plastic. Old refrigerators were primarily metal and lasted for decades. These plastic parts eventually break, forcing you to get a new appliance and adding more plastic trash to our earth.
