A:  This is ultimately up to the designer/contractor but the incoming service cable should be sized to be greater than the protection. The WP3311RJB bus is protected by the 3 individual tenant breakers. These can be a maximum of 125A each. 3x125A = 375A total, x 80% continuous to get the 300A bus rating.

Not any main breaker would work on this unit and you either have to find a place that have them or do a special order. Great unit for a small compact area but I wish I had bought a Square D double meter instead which one can get readily available parts.
