Peteys Recovery!

Hey all,

I've never been one to ask for much but I ask this now. My sweetie Petey is potentially in need of back surgery. This sweet boy has survived some horrendous stuff in his life. This is most definitely not the time for me to give up its the time for me to understand sometimes it takes a village! he has been with me for all the milestones ive faced in my adult life and i just know this is not the end of our wonderful comedic adventures. He is sassy and full of love. He has recently fell victim to an inevitable curse that dachshunds get. His back finally gave up the goose. His demeanor and normal positive attitude are all still there along with his food drive. He cant understand why he cant play or do normal activities. He's on strick kennel rest for the next week to see if he can heal on his own chances are very slim. This situation has definitely taken a toll on me emotionally and soon to be financially. I'm asking for any little bit of help I can get in hopes that this will eliminate some of my worries. This is going to be a long recovery time with a little bit of help will instill hope for me and peetums. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
