Halle Berry is reportedly splitting from her husband, French actor Olivier Martinez.
A source close to Halle Berry has confirmed the divorce news to Entertainment Tonight. The two have been married since July 13, 2013, and have one son together, 2-year-old Maceo.
Split rumours did surface back in August of this year, when Halle appeared onJimmy Kimmel Live! without her wedding ring on.
This will be Halle's third divorce; she was previously married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet.
She also dated model Gabriel Aubry, who she has one daughter with, 7-year-old Nahla.
Halle & Olivier haven't been spotted publicly together since February, when they went to the Treats! Magazine Oscars party together.
