〃 Shipping will be through USPS First Class mail. However, we may choose other carriers to ship your package due to shipping overages or other reasons. If you have a designated carrier, please contact us before placing your order.
〃 We will send your parcel tracking number/receipt via email/message once the shipment is made and you can track it online.
〃 Postcards, letters, and flats are not eligible for USPS Tracking.

〃If you have any issues with your package, please contact us with an unedited unboxing video within 3 days (Counted from the delivery date shown in the tracking status). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any issues with packages.
〃Please record the whole process while opening the package and record all the items one by one to prove the damages or the missing items. We will not refund or accept the returned merchandise if there is no video recording as proof.
〃 For incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label, and refund the price of the incorrect item and additional shipping charges (if the order is not free shipping) after we receive the item and check, or ship it with your next order.
