Simple installation and very quiet
As a retired former ASE Master Automotive Technician I am always looking for quality products at a affordable price. This product meets both of my requirements. The old belt was very noisy and after installing the new belt all you could hear was the engine running. TIP: How to Diagnose if it is a noisy bearing or a noisy belt. With engine running at idle slowly pour tap water on the inside of the belt. If the noise goes away it is the belt. If the noise continues it is probably a bearing. Check idler pulley, tensioner pulley, alternator and AC bearings.

The design of the gatorback is so much improved over the rib type belt...my first gatorback belt and I know that I will always use the gatorback design belt and will recommend this product whenever I have the chance ....

Long lasting and very quiet
I made a mistake and put on another brand of belt after having a Gatorback on my Jeep. It was noisy and didn't hold up as well. I have learned my lesson and will stick with the Gatorback for now until my Jeep is gone. Do not think about another brand and put these on!

Jeep XJ no more squealing belt.
Autozone used to sell these belts. I do not know why they stopped. These are the smoothest quietest belts on the market...Period. Had to buy online because retailers do not sell them anymore. Probably because they last too damn long.

Best belt for 4.3 Vortec
This belt eliminated a squeak that nothing else could. Being 1/4 inch longer, this length still fit the rated 95" length. I was able to eliminate that God awful noise and now my wife is much happier :) It's a shame Goodyear discontinued this style.
