    According to the expert reviews this is the best budget smartphone on the market and I have to agree. Prior to this I've had a series of Motorola G models, all very good and was considering the latest G6 until I read a comparison against the Honor 9 lite and decided to take the plunge. Not disappointed. Very nice to look at, sleek, I've teamed it with a transparent case. Large, pin sharp screen, camera is excellent it has 2 front facing cameras, makes and receives calls well (you sometimes forget, it IS a phone!) It uses a very uncluttered version of Android, very easy to configure. Comes with one or two unnecessary apps which you can zap. 32GB of memory so plenty of room for apps, I've got an SD card in with all my music on it. Face recognition was an unexpected bonus for unlocking, which ...

    Great price, beware of the battery

    Great price for the phone but it's clear why, the battery isn't brilliant and doesn't hold much at all. Once it's below 20% it drops like mental. I don't have the energy to send it back, and either way that's not covered by the warranty. Otherwise phone is in good shape and works well. It did an EMUI update a day for about a week when I got it but now seems to have settled down :)

    Every bit as good as Samsung.

    Having always been a Samsung user, I was wary of trying a new make of phone. The Honor 9 lite is brilliant. Does everything my Samsung did & more. The camera is great. Battery life seems to be good & settings are easy to navigate. Also its not bulked out by unwanted apps like Samsung phones. Its a great size & has the added security of finger print & facial recognition. Very happy.
