Will not buy from again. First negative feedback I have given in 20 years of buying on ebay. Paid $580 for an OEM radiator for my daily driver on Sept. 18th. promised by Sept. 24th. Finally shipped on Sept. 28th and arrived Oct. 4th. No communication until asking for a good feedback after the radiator shipped. Had to buy an aftermarket radiator elsewhere on the 24th for $300 to get my daily back on the road. The only positive is I did eventually get what I ordered.

We shipped on time but the carrier had issues they also never reported to us, so we were never aware of there being any delay in this customer's shipment(s). The customer is also referring to our automated feedback request system, so there was no message sent to them by any of our agents, as we would've contacted the customer on time if we were informed by the carrier about there being any kind of issue - which we were unfortunately never informed about.
