I am the only one that has one of these,but it works well in a crowded office environment. Good distance. I really like that I can answer and hang up while away from my computer. The mute light is visible while wearing so you know you are mute while away from your computer. I bought this to use for lync/Skype for business but you can use it for all audio on your computer. No Surprises
SOmetimes the best suprise is that there is no surprise. The quality and sound on this unit is all that I expected. It's comfortable and easy to manage and the single earpiece lets me have great quality sound and at the same time allows me to monitor situations in my environment, which is a must for me. I doubt you will be disappointed with anything about this headset.. Highly recommend!

Great headset for softphone usage via your PC
Works so much better than bluetooth due to the longer range. Mic is very sensitive but easy to position away from your mouth to quite that. Easy to use & comfortable to wear.

BEST DECT WIRELESS HEADSET!
I absolutely love this headset. I have been using it since June of 2020. It replaced a mono set that my company gave me to use as work from home headsets. I had to buy a pair of wireless headsets because wired ones are so annoying to me. I don’t like being tied down to a desk and I like to roam around freely with no wires. This headset has served me well in the time. It is a plug and play device and it works for Avaya One-X, MS Teams, and Zoom. I love how light the headset is and the clarity of the earpiece. The fact that the mute button is strategically placed on the middle of the mic is awesome. I can easily reach up and click the mute button and there is an indicator light that informs you that the headset is muted. It has not failed me once. The only problem with this headset is that ... With that said, the headset stays charged for my whole 8hr shift. The fact that all you need to do is set the headset into the base station to charge and pair is really nice and convenient. When I take my breaks, I typically throw the headset on the base to charge and usually when I come back the headset is fully charged. The distance of the headset is really far. I live in a townhouse and I can walk into other rooms in my house and on different levels and not lose the call or experience degraded call clarity. The earpiece and the mic are really clear. I have not had anyone complain to me about how I sound since I bought the headset so I guess things are working well. It is lightweight and comfortable for hours of usage. The only thing that would improve this headset is if it had bluetooth but that’s about it. This headset is expensive but imo worth every penny especially since we are all working from home now. The best part is that you have a designated place to put the headset when not in use and it automatically pairs to your base station by inserting the headset. I’m giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have bluetooth but again, I don’t really care because my work computer doesn’t have bluetooth anyways but it would be nice to be able to use the headset with my other devices. Thanks.

This headset is awesome! Long range to walk around while you're on a call. A very visible red mute button on the mic. The speaker is loud and you can hear clearly plus the cushion is very comfortable. Charging station looks very nice and charges quickly.
