Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden: Verkäufer wandte sich aus eigenem Antrieb sehr höflich an mich, bat um Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeit und bot mir an, so ich nicht warten wollte, die Bestellung zu stornieren und den Betrag zu erstatten, was ich annahm.
