I explained to the seller that my parts manual called for a specific part number of the mechanical seal that is listed for my pump model. I could not find that part number in their inventory and asked if they had an equivalent part number for the seal needed for my pump. They did have one and it was a perfect fit. Price was right. I received the item the next day!! These guys are good!

Let's start with awesome price and good communication. Willing to answer questions and help in pump selection. Packaging not so good. Terrible actually. Delivery Was delayed by fedex due to the label being unscanable and the needed to make a new one. When it arrived a couple days late u could see why. Box was destroyed with the entire end missing and pump literally sliding out if box. Its a 30+ pound pump in a thin factory box meant to sit on a shelf not bounce across the country in.
