I've had the worst experience with this seller. First, the item was never processed(tracking showed it stayed for 1 week in USPS) until the estimated arrival date when I contacted the seller. They updated the arrival time, telling me they sent the "best-condition" PSU. It arrived, broken, When messaged, all they said was "our shipping must pull it from wrong shelf", then sent me a return label which USPS denied, and stopped replying when I contacted them for a solution. "Best" business attitude.
