Sent the wrong lug pattern then it took days before that would respond to my messages they said it was a mistake from the factory .? That was a lie because the rim was wrapped in pizza paper packaging. The item was an open box item, It was boxed wrong from factory and we missed this. Yes there was pizza paper in the box, your correct. We put extra packing in the box before we ship it so it would not get damaged, perhaps it would be better to send it out without packing? Also we offered a full refund and to take it back, the buyer would not send it back and said he wanted to keep it. There was a mistake and we tried to correct it.

    A Sturdy Lift

    At 80 pounds shipping weight, this lift is tough. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I bought it as a replacement for Craftsman jack that's not as sturdy. If I had one complaint, it would be no assembly instructions, but then again if you're buying this, you should have the aptitude to figure out how to install the bottle jack and pedal. The lift is made in S. Korea and a bit pricey compared to other jacks. But as the old adage goes: you get what you pay for. Be sure to check K&L's website for any model specific adaptor(s) you may need.

    Sturdy build, mediocre assembly instructions

    For those, like me, who might complain a little about the sketchy instructions, the attached photo might be useful in envisioning how the foot pedal gets connected to the bottle jack.

    Jack seals gave up

    Great lift but Jack quality could be better. Jack seals have leaked and now Jack needs replacement.
