Picture shows item much larger than the item itself. I understand that Nest is a top name. However 20 dollars for 0.95 oz. Is quite steep. With that said. The item was shipped fast and the packaging was secured to insure safe shipping. 8 dollar shipping was also very steep considering how small the item was.

Please make sure ebay charged you correctly. I accepted your offer of $12 for the item and $8 for shipping. I hope you were not charged $20 and then the shipping cost. You should have received (2) 0,95oz candles. Thank you for sharing how the item was packed, we strive to prevent damage during shipment.
