Product arrived with package split open, with filters wet and dirty from exposure. Packed in brittle plastic envelope; should have used tyvek. I messaged seller directly as a courtesy, as Ebay suggested. Seller was unprofessional, at best. USPS in my town was blamed, although damage could have happened anywhere. I received snarky, smart aleck replies, and was pretty much told they do not want my business. I was told I would get a label to return items.

falsely accused of shipping a package slip open, and apparently left out in the rain in a the dirt by the mailman if they were all dirty from exposure. delivered April 11th, notified April 12th, there was no pleasing this ebay'er, only waned something for nothing. experiences we typically only see on Scamazon. welcome to 2024.

Save MONEY and DIY
Replacement part for our 20 year old Trane unit. Works great. It's set up is a little different but all pins that you attach the wires to are clearly labeled. Tricky electrical surgery but worth it if you have some electrical skills, patience and fortitude. You will need them.

Slightly different wiring from the old version of these fan delay relays but the instructions are clear. This is the more modern version of this fan delay relay part...not the 1970/80's version. Buy this one. Heck buy two...these are definitely one of the most frequent parts to fail on an air conditioning system. While you are at it, buy run and start capacitors (some other seller) because those three items are the weakest links especially if you live in a hot or lightning area. Fixed my issue
