The items were new, shipped on time, and precisely what I needed, however the price was extremely high when you look at the item: a piece of cable about 12" long and at one end an "S" connector crimped to cable. At the other end a crimped "eye" attached to the cable. It was way too pricey! $ 67 each, Over $130 for two !!! outrageous !!!

Got the item and happy with it. It took a while due to Post office issues. I had to follow up to get the package or it was just going to sit a few hours away or get sent back to your company. The only suggestion I have is when customers send messages it would be nice to at least get response. I was extremely nice and informative to your company on the part. But never heard anything back.
