I write to give positive feedback and thank the seller for a seamless and professional transaction. Communication was excellent throughout and all queries were answered quickly. The goods arrived very well packaged with clear instructions to the courier. The printer was as described and working as expected. My only con is that the seller should ship the toner cartridge in a separate package to avoid spillage into the printer body. In sum, I am very entirely satisfied with this purchase.
