Had an issue with the my item. Computer Trade Exchange, had very quick response, was very helpful and went beyond to help resolve my issue. I would defiantly purchase from this seller again. My lower score for shipping, while package was wrapped excellent and shipping was very quick, it was an expensive ship I just don't like spending $ on shipping, I knew the cost upfront but it still rubs me the wrong way to spend so much on shipping.
