I would give this product 5 stars because it does what its made for and came quickly shipped. Good instructions to install all is good. However this survey is messed up. for example the stars I choose made sense it was called its ok. The 4 star was "better than expected" which does not describe accurately. The 5 star was "awesome sauce" which is a non description and usually is something I hear uneducated people saying a lot.. Then it asks is it a good value and yes. Then does it dry quickly? well I dont know how to say yes or no to something that better not be wet, EVER. Its a drum. Then Do the cartridges last a long time? First of all how would I know since I just bought it and Just installed the new one. I know the old one lasted a long time. but really its not a cartridge anyway. . ...
