Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it. I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.

Apples leatherquality has gone down
Compared to previous leather goods by apple this is by far the worst. It does not patina well and the color is not appealing for a leather case. Look elsewhere.
