All products and services provided on our eBay store remain the sole property of Northwood Computer Services Ltd (Referred to as NCS from hereon) until paid for in full.

Items listed on the NCS eBay store are precisely described and contain no additional parts above and beyond what is stated, this includes consumables such as toners, drums, inks, photoconductors and printheads, it also includes power cables and power supplies. Most items include a power cable and consumables of the correct kind however please be sure to check the individual item description thoroughly.

All new and boxed items will be checked to ensure their integrity and will contain all parts issued as standard and be in brand new condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 calendar day return policy on all products. Any items returned within this 14 day window must be returned at the buyers expense. Any New items must be returned in the original box, unused and still sealed.

In instances where an item is returned, we will offer an exchange unit if one is available in stock or a full refund where no exchange is available.

If an item is ordered in error we are able to cancel the order and offer a refund until the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped an order can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a restock fee to cover our costs (20% of the total order value including delivery).

In addition to the 14 day returns policy, all products are supplied with a 90 day Return To Base warranty. This warranty covers machine failure through electrical or mechanical fault, it does not cover expiration of consumable items or damage through misuse/neglect. Any items returned under the warranty policy must be returned at the buyers expense. Once a faulty machine is returned and meets the criteria above we will repair and return it at our expense. If the machine is beyond repair we will replace it with an exchange unit. If no exchange unit is available we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. The 14 day return period is included within the 90 day warranty period and IS NOT in addition to it.

If an item is damaged in transit it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (Excluding Saturday 00:01 until Sunday 23:59). We will then collect the unit, repair and return it at our expense. If an item is damaged in transit and this isn't reported within the first 48 hours, the product must be returned to us at the buyer's expense.

Any items that need to be returned by the buyer must be packed safely and securely, any damage to a returned item previously unreported by the buyer will be repaired and charged at cost.

Receipt of Negative or Neutral feedback will automatically void the returns policy and warranty on your product. If you have a problem please let us know, we are reasonable people and will deal with any issues as best we can.

Use of non-genuine toners, inks or parts in products supplied by NCS Ltd will cause an automatic warranty void.

We endeavor to supply our products in a fully working condition, but we are not responsible for connecting or configuring our items for the purchasers system environment. All connectivity or configuration issues remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please remember we sell all of these printers through other means, so we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices depending on stock levels and demand as well as end any listings that have sold elsewhere. Please also remember that these prices are specific to our eBay customers.

I ve revised this feedback to positive. The issue was dealt with properly and with excellent customer service. The problem was caused during transit and the replacement was send out in fast time, I can honestly say this is a top quality company doing a brilliant job, 5 stars out of 5 from me, thank you and I would certainly shop with you again in the future.

After leaving my negative feedback I was contacted by Northwood Computer Services, they said they were sure the item left them in good working order and may have been damaged in transit causing the poor quality printouts, they were extremely helpful and once I'd set them a photo of the print quality, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be send to me, the replacements works absolutely fine, I can only say now what a great company with excellent customer services, 5 stars out of 5 !!

Item is good as new tbh. Did have minor delivery issue (not seller s fault, but the courier s). This was quickly rectified by the seller however. Thereafter, fast to respond to some queries I had around connecting the printer to my network. Responsive and positive at all times. Never needed to wait more than a few hours for email response to some questions I had around printer functionality. Clearly very centred around customer satisfaction - take great care in ensuring the item met my needs.

A good simple printer, better than expected
Very good printer for the price, simple and sturdy (though not heavy) with some very good features, e.g. paper slot cover, good interface. Setup was simple and printing quality surprisingly good. But beware: HP black ink cartridge did not last one day (not even 20 pages), though it was advertised as full; either it wasn't, or it really is too small - it seems HP has found a way to compensate for the low prices of the printers, milking the consumer on the consumables. Online order of consumables which is a feature of this printers seems a bit too fussy and have not tried it, would welcome feedback from anyone who has. The printer arrived very quickly and I'm very pleased with it overall. But for the black ink cartridge (the colour one doesn't seem to be a problem) I would give 5 stars. I'm quite happy with the seller's performance. But cannot say same for the manufacturer: HP. They have made available two drivers: a 'basic ability' version and a 'full spec.' one. Why two? Why did they do that? Unfortunately, you have to use the 'basic' version for some operating systems - but you don't discover which driver you have to use and if it is the 'basic' version, how limiting that driver is - until you've downloaded it and used it for the printer - which, of course, you've just recently bought. So you thus get caught: you don't get what you thought you were going to get. Moreover, HP have extended that 'dual driver' approach to other of their products. Can't see a justification for that idea. Time to move away from HP - and look at manufacturer's who place customers first: I'm quite happy with the seller's performance. East to set up, but slow printing
It was extremely easy to set the printer up. However, printing is a bit slow. And frequently during printing a lot of pages from one file, it gets error and I need to press X to continue completing the job. Furthermore, inconsistently, while printing the page, the printer will stop for 3-4 seks on the middle of the page and then will continue. I find it a bit annoying having to stay around the printer while printing. Nevertheless, it is okay overall.It was extremely easy to set the printer up. However, printing is a bit slow. And frequently during printing a lot of pages from one file, it gets error and I need to press X to continue completing the job. Furthermore, inconsistently, while printing the page, the printer will stop for 3-4 seks on the middle of the page and then will continue. Not very easy to set up
It's good value for money but it's not very easy to connect your phone/tablet to it. I still couldn't manage to set up cloud print and also it's impossible to print password protected files, even if you know the password. I'm familiar with most gadgets and it doesn't take me long to figure them out but this printer has managed to annoy me. You'd think nowadays technology should be very easy to use and very simple to set up but no, they had to complicate things because....well, why not. It's good value for money but it's not very easy to connect your phone/tablet to it. Lightweight, easy to use and very good price, highly recommend.
I had already ordered ink so I could set up my new printer on it's arrival. It prints perfectly, it's very lightweight and easy to use. You always worry that when you buy a product cheap it my be faulty in some way, but this is definitely not the case with my new printer. Thank you for being there in my hour of need.
