Paid for item which never arrived. Messaged twice but no reply. Had to get EBay involved. As soon as they messaged he replied to say he would give me a refund plus send a replacement. The replacement never arrived and he will not reply to my messages. If he hadn’t said he would send a replacement then I wouldn’t have a problem it’s just the fact he did. Very poor communication as never replies to messages
