To simplify using your home theater, the AV-27F702's illuminated remote offers multibrand DVD/VCR/cable box/DBS control. JVC's AV CompuLink system allows compatible JVC A/V components (receivers, VCRs, etc.) to communicate with each other for easier system operation.

Real Color Creation and Real Detail Creation: JVC's Real Color and Real Detail Creation ensure the picture you see on your flat TV has the best color and detail reproduction possible. This baseband tint circuitry maximizes the CRT color level so that any incoming signal is as rich, vibrant, and has as much detail as the original programming.
Velocity Scan Modulation: The velocity scan modulation circuitry varies the electron beam's horizontal scanning speed to help accentuate the differences in picture brightness to sharpen the edges of images, creating a vibrant and clear picture.
3-Line Digital Comb Filter: With a 3-line digital comb filter, this television delivers a sharper picture, smoother graphics, and a picture more rich in color than standard televisions. By comparing three consecutive scanning lines, the 3-line digital comb filter corrects distracting picture anomalies such as hanging dots, color bleeding, and other cross-color interference.
Invar Shadow Mask: JVC's Invar Shadow Mask makes use of a special alloy that resists thermal distortion and provides bright, detailed pictures and the truest, purest colors under even the most demanding conditions.
Dynamic Focus: Dynamic Focus utilizes a beam gun with Double Quadrapole lenses to correct beam-spot distortion at the screen edges. The result is uniformly sharp focus across the entire screen and improved focus precision from corner to corner.
Noise Clear Circuitry: JVC's Noise Clear Circuitry, also known as video noise reduction circuitry, detects and reduces noise, giving you a crisper, clearer picture.
Apacon: Apacon is a circuit that enhances picture sharpness by sharpening and speeding up the transitions between dark and bright. Apacon ensures that details are enhanced, so the picture is always clear and sharp.
On-Screen Menus: The on-screen menus can be displayed in English, French, or Spanish.
BBE High Definition Audio: BBE High Definition Audio gives the television a natural, clear sound. BBE compensates for the inevitable phase and amplitude distortions that prevent sound from being its purest.
Hyper Surround Sound: Hyper Surround Sound adds a three-dimensional sound to stereo programs.
Parental Control: V-Chip technology allows you to block unsuitable programming for younger viewers. Blocked programs are protected by a 4-digit password.
Sleep Timer: The sleep timer switches the television off after a specified amount of time. The sleep timer can be set to 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150, 165 or 180 minutes.
On/Off Timer: The On/Off timer allows you to program the television to turn itself on and off. You can use the timer as an alarm to wake up, to help you remember important programs, or as a decoy when you're not home.
RM-C303G Remote: The supplied remote is pre-programmed to operate this unit and a number of functions on other brands of A/V components, including DVD players, VCRs, cable boxes, and satellite receivers. A glow-in-the-dark "Light" button allows you to illuminate the channel and volume buttons for five seconds, making for easy operation in the dark.
