Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst purchase I bought the protective film with case. The case is very good but the protective film isn't good at all. I followed all the instructions but the last part #10 where to peel away protective film isn't detaching and this is the second time. The price was about $30. This doesn't make sense. Though, they have good customer service but it seems that particular product is default .

Attaching the final screen to the phone and on to the plastic end piece for placement didn't work. Had to align final placement by hand. Fortunately it worked.

Impossible to install even while following the directions (the screen protector peels off the phone while peeling off the backing). If you do get it on it tears super easily. When you request a replacement via the warrenty you have to pay for shipping and honestly not sure if the replacement is worth the shipping cost. I've had way better luck with cheap amazon protectors.

I have a college degree, after I went through the entire process I ended up not even getting the protector on my phone. It was literally still in my hands. When I did finally get it installed it had tons of bubbles under that wouldn't smooth out. I called customer service, they were nice but wanted @ $10 dollars to send me another. Not paying $30 for a terrible product. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

After trying my best to smooth them out, I got most of them but the protector ripped in places. I recommend finding a product that goes on using a liquid. Yes, it's more messy and takes more time, but I've had no issues with getting bubbles out of those and they've never ripped.

Many of the reviews note problems with bubbles forming under the film following its installation. Contacted customer service who indicated return was not a problem. Note we have used at least eight Otterboxes over the last 20 years without any issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm still using it... I had a big problem with bubbles. I got some out, but a gob of bubbles remained. I was going to pull it off, but the bubbles aren't that noticeable in the area of the screen that they are in. They have protected my screen from shattering due to a couple of big drops. Maybe if you are more experienced with putting this on, yours won't bubble like mine did.

I didn't put anything on last phone and it got damaged pretty easily. I don't see that happening with my new screen protector. So far no cracks! And I've dropped it twice now. Thanks for providing a great product!

Would gave it 5 stars but not having a screen cover had to drop it to 3. I once dropped my phone 4 floors down an elevator shaft. The case was destroyed but the phone looked brand new!! That being said I cannot get over the lack of a screen cover. I read in one your previous comments that it was not possible with my type of phone. But looking online several manufacturers havescreen covers on 3rd cases. Can you explain to me how they can do it in you cannot?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst ever Well for starter the installation instructions are very hard to understand and entirely to complicated, and the method it which it has for you to apply is stupid and it wasn't even a tempered glass protector for 20 bucks it was cheap polyurethane. Second, it had me clean the screen and then put down the first layer of the protector which has dust from the packaging on it so those got all my dust free screen then it had me peel the top off section leaving the top portion of the bottom section exposed to dust particles. I paid 20 bucks for protector that I never even got to use. So I'm out 20 dollars and more because still had to order one from Amazon. I should have started with Amazon and I'd still have my 20. Do not buy this product

But I was willing to roll with it until I tried actually using it. The installation instructions are awful, and the installation is overly complicated compared to other screen protectors. I have never had trouble installing a screen protector before, but was unable to install this one and then the adhesive got fingerprints on it so it's now useless. $20 in the trash. Very disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The case is alright. I am an otterbox person. I have a defender case on most of my phones. The defender case for the s21 is alright but it does have one big flaw. I've had it for a couple of weeks. The major flaw is the outer rubber shell outside and next to the camera bump. This area is not secure and hangs freely. I can see this stretching out in the near future to reduce the security of the phone.

We had a torrential rain, flooding, and 65 mph winds over night. The next afternoon, a friend was walking his dog and heard a phone ringing in some gravel, water, leaves and mud by the road side. He picked it up, and though covered in mud and gravel, he answered it and someone was calling me. He talked to them, hung up, and called me with it. Unbelievable, no damage. Thank you for a great product.

I followed all of the many steps included in the instructions. Tried and tried to get at least some of the bubbles from under the cover. No success at all. Threw it away and spent $40 to have one put on at the store. The case I bought is great....but this screen protector....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT WORTH IT I had one heck of a time trying to get the phone to sit in the alignment tool. Once I finally got it the second film on top was so hard to get off!!! I tried being as careful as possible, event stopped and retried the placement but nothing worked and it ended up ripping the top of the screen protector. I have never had such a tough time getting a screen protector on
