    How do install M2020 samsung?
    there are no instructions in or on the box or on your website
    • I do apologise you have not received instructions on how to set this printer up. You may be able to download the instruction manual through Samsung themselves.

    How can I guarantee that a Samsung M2070W compatible cartridge will work
    Previous cartridges haven't worked with my printer - either saying change or incompatible cartridge
    • All our own brand cartridges come chipped with the latest level of software/firmware and have been sold very successfully for some considerable time.
      Of course we can't guarantee 100% success with any printer, however, all our products come with a two year warranty and are backed by our guarantee which covers all eventualities. Works perfectly

I was a bit apprehensive buying a toner cartridge that wasn’t produced by the printer manufacturer, but the price of the cartridge people own brand toner cartridge was such a good price, so thought I’d give it a go. I’ve only had to print 2 documents so far and they are absolutely perfect, so would be happy to recommend.

Excellent product for a very competitive price

I’m always worried when I order a non-brand consumable after having had some issues in the past with non-hp cartridges in a hp printer. But not here, the printer is now churning out my docs like a dream! I’m very pleased indeed with it all
