Stats and facts

●  Manchester United have won all four of their WSL home games against Brighton and Hove Albion without conceding, scoring 3+ goals in three of those victories.

●  Albion are winless in their last five Women’s Super League meetings with Manchester United (D1 L4), since a 1-0 home win in April 2021.

●  Manchester United won their last home WSL match, beating Aston Villa. The Red Devils are looking to win consecutive home WSL games for the first time since their final five on home soil in 2022-23.

●  Having already beaten Man City away from home in the WSL in 2023-24, Brighton are looking to become just the second side to beat both Manchester City and United away from home in the same campaign, along with Chelsea in 2021-22.

●  Manchester United have netted in each of their last 19 Women’s Super League matches, scoring 46 goals. No team is on a longer scoring run than the Red Devils (also Chelsea on 19 games).

●  Albion have failed to score in four of their last six Women’s Super League matches, as many as in their previous 19 games combined before this run.

●  Across the two WSL matches played in 2024 so far, no team has had more shots on target than Manchester United (14, level with Chelsea). Meanwhile, Brighton have faced the most shots in 2024 so far (38).

●  Only Bristol City (2,191) have completed fewer passes in the Women’s Super League this season than Brighton and Hove Albion (3,140), with the Seagulls having the second-lowest average share of possession in the WSL (41.2%).

●  Manchester United manager Marc Skinner is unbeaten in six WSL games against Brighton (W5 D1) – he’s only won more games against Reading and Everton (six each) in his WSL managerial career.

●  Manchester United’s Nikita Parris is the fifth-highest scoring player in WSL history with 60 goals – her brace last time out versus Aston Villa gave her six goals in 2023-24, already two more than she scored in 2022-23 overall (4 in 21 games).
