First install went bad, and so did the second

Went back to Best buy, and exchanged it. Tried again, and the screen protector sealed from the center outwards with no bubbles in the center. The bad thing is that the edges would not seal. Gave it 4 days to seal, and i can still see the bad looking air under the edges. With the edges being surrounded by the otterbox communter. the screen protecter will not have a problem, but it still looks crappy with air on the edges that will not seal.

Definitely needed for my Teen

His old protector was totally cracked, but the phone's screen was just find. I paid to install the screen as the best buy tech people do such a great job. They tell me they will now replace the protector at Best Buy if it breaks ... they keep the records so there is nothing for me to remember. Great service for a small fee!

What’s Not to Love?

I have had it for almost 2 years and and felt well protected. Recently I was getting some weird marbleing/shadows on it. Enquirer about it at Best Buy and was reminded that that was why you buy Zagg... guaranteed... free replacement! Happy customer.

Can be replaced free by returning to company or the Best Buy where purchased.

They were nice enough to install this InvisibleShield Tempered Glass Screen Protector on it for me, and I really appreciate having that added protection!

I never was able to put one on by myself successfully. The sales rep was very informative and put it on for me. He told me it had a lifetime warranty and if it got damaged it would be replaced for free. I liked that!

Also, if the glass cracks - I get a free replacement! The best part was that the customer service agent set it all up for me.

- A:Answer Take your iPhone and the cracked zagg screen protector in to your local Best Buy and they will swap it out for you and install the new one and they take care of sending the old one back, Zagg has lifetime warranty as long as you own that phone.... Because this just happened to me a couple weeks ago!
